Good morning Red Devils fans
The Red Devils climbed into the top-four yesterday thanks to Marcus Rashford’s last-gasp winner against West Ham.
Rashford netted with the very last kick of the game to help United leapfrog above the Londoners in the Premier League table.
And despite being pleased with the win, interim boss Ralf Rangnick admitted he was still ‘not quite happy’ with how his side played while on the ball.
The German said: “I am still not quite happy with the way that we play in possession of the ball, so this will have to be the next steps in the next couple of weeks so that we also find better solutions in possession of the ball.”
Rangnick is set for a near £500,000 bonus if he guides United to a top-four finish.
The Mirror report that the German has a clause in his contract that sees him bag close to a half million bonus if he secures Champions League football for the club next season.
Elsewhere Real Madrid are reported to have joined Manchester United and
Liverpool in the race for England star Jude Bellingham.
According to Marca, Real Madrid are plotting a swoop for the teenager, with the aim of him replacing the ageing Luka Modric and Toni Kroos.
And finally, Manchester United are ‘always’ at the front of the queue in the pursuit of Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
That’s according to Corriere dello Sport, who claim the Red Devils are in pole position for the signing of the 26-year-old.
